Pricing

All prices do not include shipping and handling, unless noted so. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. If there is a price increase, the purchaser will be notified before being billed. For the latest product price and availability, please call us. Some particular International items are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuation, thus prices may fluctuate with changing market conditions. Streetwerke Inc. cannot be held liable or responsible for typographical errors or incorrect pricing shown. We are under no moral or legal obligation to adhere to incorrect prices shown.

Order Placement

Orders placed through the Streetwerke Inc. online shopping cart will be processed on the same business day if received by 3pm PST. Order processing does not necessarily mean the product(s) will ship at that time. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the order will be processed on the next available business day that Streetwerke Inc. is open.

If you are calling in your order, please be prepared with the following information: Your name, complete address (with Apartment or Suite number, if applicable), daytime phone number, and exact vehicle make & model with production year.

Special order items must be paid in full, in advance. Payments are non-refundable. Shipping charges and any applicable special handling charges, duties, tariffs, and taxes will be added to the price of the product.

Back Orders

At times, some products are placed on back order status. We will do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, this may take some time depending on the availability of the items in question. It is not uncommon to wait 1-4 weeks on certain products. We will keep in communication with the purchaser on the status of the order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will hold the order until all items are ready to ship (unless otherwise requested). We may also drop-ship items directly from manufacturers or suppliers to you in an effort to shorten the shipping lead-time.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Visa and MasterCard "check cards" and "debit cards". C.O.D. payments are not accepted. When ordering by phone or mail, we accept US Postal Money Orders, and certified checks. When ordering by phone or mail with a credit card, please include the complete card number, expiration date, and exact name as it appears on the card. The billing address of the credit card being used must match the address on file with the credit-issuing agency. A daytime phone number is also required. All first time customers will have their order shipped to the billing address only (to reduce credit card fraud). Walk-in customers may pay by personal check if a valid driver's license is present that matches the address on the check. All checks are subject to electronic verification and approval.

International, APO & FPO orders from outside the United States will be accepted upon payment method approval. Wire transfer is the preferred method of payment, with major credit cards being accepted on a case specific basis at the discretion of Streetwerke Inc.

Shipping & Handling

We ship all parcels U.P.S. Ground (F.O.B. from Streetwerke Inc. in Palo Alto, CA) service by default, unless otherwise specified by purchaser or applicability. In some cases, we will ship parcels via U.S Postal Service. All "Air" services are available at an additional fee. Oversize packages will be shipped Motor Freight. All orders with P.O. box addresses will be shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, and will be subject to an additional handling fee of $5.00 USD. International, APO & FPO orders from outside the United States will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. C.O.D. shipments are not available.

We do not require a signature upon receipt of goods, unless the value of the order exceeds $1000 USD. You may request this option at any time. At times, certain carriers may elect to require a signature regardless (for your protection).

Damaged items: Inspect your parcel very carefully upon delivery. If you receive an item or parcel that has been damaged, notify the delivery person immediately. Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. These may be needed later during the carrier?s inspection. We require a carrier damage claim number from U.P.S. To obtain this damage claim number, simply call (800) 742-5877. They will ask you for specific information which is printed on your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, call Streetwerke Inc. customer service at (650) 739-0820 and we?ll do our best to ship out replacement parts to you.

Tax

California residents only, will be charged the applicable sales tax on all merchandise. If the purchase is for resale purposes we must have current resale information on file at the time of shipment (Federal EIN, business license, seller's permit, business card, etc.). We may require photocopies of your resale information from the state in which you are doing business. Wholesale prices are offered to automotive related businesses with current resale information on file. You may fax this information 24 hours a day to (650) 739-0789.

Merchandise Claims

All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves Streetwerke Inc. All merchandise is new, unless noted in writing by Streetwerke Inc. If a product arrives damaged, please follow the procedure outlined in the Shipping & Handling section above.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item, you must notify Streetwerke Inc. within thirty (30) days of purchase to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You must place the RMA# on the outside of the returning parcel in plain view. If you do not, the parcel will be refused and returned to you, the shipper. The product must be returned unused within ten (10) business days of the notification. Upon receipt of the merchandise at Streetwerke Inc., we will inspect the returned items immediately. We will not accept merchandise returned C.O.D. All parts returned must be unused and in resalable condition in the original packaging. If accepted, we will refund your merchandise purchase price (unless it was special ordered), less a 20% restocking fee. Items returned after thirty (30) days are delinquent, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Special order or close out items are not returnable. Items purchased over ninety (90) days ago are not returnable, regardless of circumstances.

Electrical and fuel injection components are non-returnable in all cases.

All core returns must be made within sixty (60) days from date of purchase. Label the box CORE RETURN and include your invoice copy inside. The core must be complete and in acceptable condition. All cores returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

We always prefer to offer store credit as an alternative to restocking fees. Store credit on a return will be for the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping and sales tax.

Warranty

At Streetwerke Inc., we pride ourselves on offering quality products. With that in mind, we warranty all products we sell to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. To qualify for a warranty, you must be the original purchaser. You must provide us with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.

Streetwerke Inc. will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given. Streetwerke Inc. or the product manufacturer will inspect or test all products prior to warranty claim adjustment. Returning the product to Streetwerke Inc. does not guarantee payment, replacement, or repair. We do not pay for consequential, incidental, and contingent damages or costs incurred directly or indirectly in relation to goods sold by Streetwerke Inc. Please contact us in accordance with the Return policy before attempting to send merchandise back. You must obtain an RMA# prior to returning the goods in question.

In some cases, the manufacturer may have a warranty period longer than that which Streetwerke Inc. offers. In good faith, we will attempt to work with the manufacturer on your behalf to file such claims.

Legal Restrictions & Availability Disclaimer

All equipment sold upon which there is a legal limitation is sold with the intent that the purchaser will use it in accordance with Federal and any state laws placed upon its use.

Some of the products and services Streetwerke Inc. may offer are not legal for road use in California (or other states). These items are for racing use only, and may not be used on any pollution-controlled vehicle in California. Always check with your local laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Streetwerke Inc. does not make any claims as to the emissions performance of products we sell, unless they carry a C.A.R.B. Exemption Order number.
