With a background in business and mechanical engineering/design, we ask ourselves the hard questions and then find the answers. Streetwerke is not the type of company that builds flashy cars. We offer our experience and technical expertise to you, and are more than willing to demonstrate product performance if possible. How do we demonstrate product performance? We use a few useful and proven methods to accomplish this. Our in-house Mustang AWD-500 chassis dynamometer is one of the greatest tools we have to measure engine power output. This allows us to make changes to the engine and measure the immediate results. Those results can be quickly provided to you, the end-user. We can simulate 0-60mph, and ¼ mile drag racing runs on the AWD-500 as well. If the vehicle dynamics have been altered (brake, suspension, or aero modifications) we can then evaluate the affects by road testing on a racetrack in a controlled environment. We have professional drivers on hand to instruct you at various local tracks (Infineon Raceway at Sears Point, Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca, Thunderhill Park, and Buttonwillow Raceway). This is a chance for you to get a feeling for the proper methods of car control and legally take your car close to its limit (and yours).
